摘要:
镍基高温合金因其高温下具有优异的强度、抗氧化性及耐腐蚀等性能,广泛应用于工业燃气轮机、航空发动机燃烧室等关键部件的制造。熔化焊接方法是一种连接和修复这些关键零部件的有效方法,然而液化裂纹是熔化焊过程中面临的重要问题,限制了镍基高温合金的应用。本文综述了近年来镍基高温合金熔化焊液化裂纹的研究进展,介绍了液化裂纹形成过程中液膜的形成机理和开裂准则,归纳了通过调整合金成分、改善母材焊前组织状态、优化焊接工艺参数、采用辅助外场、改善冷却条件等方法抑制液化裂纹的策略。未来的研究需要进一步厘清多组元对液化裂纹的协同影响机制,建立更加完善的液化裂纹开裂准则。

镁及镁合金箔具有优异的比阻尼、内耗散系数、磁导率和电导率,以及较高的理论比容量,在电池负极、电磁屏蔽、光学声学和生物等领域具有巨大的应用潜力。然而,镁合金的密排六方晶体结构使其变形能力较差,制备厚度小于0.1 mm的镁及镁合金箔材很困难。这是因为高温下的表面氧化和晶粒长大,或者冷轧后严重的各向异性导致裂纹产生。目前,许多方法用于制备镁合金箔材,主要包括温轧、冷轧、累积叠轧、电塑性轧制和在线加热轧制。镁及镁合金箔材在制备过程中产生的边裂、断带等缺陷是需要考虑的重要因素。本文从镁及镁合金箔材的制备、缺陷控制、性能表征及应用前景等方面综述了其研究现状,分析了不同制备方法的优缺点以及箔材制备过程中的缺陷(边裂和断带)机理。

随着乌鲁木齐矿区急倾斜煤层的加速向深开采,采动煤岩结构畸变致诱冲击地压频发是进入深部后急倾斜煤层赋存矿井亟待解决的关键问题。本文从采动煤岩变形局部化角度出发,综合运用理论分析及数据挖掘等研究方法,构建了急倾斜采动夹持岩柱及煤层顶板的力学模型,得到了采深影响下急倾斜深部工作面重点致灾区域的力学响应行为;基于海量微震数据的空间相关性,厘清了急倾斜工作面推进过程中采动煤岩动力破坏的“时–空”响应关系。结果表明:(1) “夹持岩柱-B6顶板”这个特殊的煤岩赋存结构是乌东煤矿南采区冲击致灾的源头区域。两者随采深增加均出现不同程度的变形局部化现象。(2) +502水平处为夹持岩柱出现明显挤压撬动效应的临界水平,+509水平处是顶板极限破断的临界水平。岩柱与顶板的弯曲变形和能量蓄积态势均随采深增加呈非线性急速升高。深部急倾斜采动煤岩的变形局部化现象导致倾向撬压效应与走向撬压效应在空间上叠加,加剧了“夹持岩柱-B3+6煤层-B6顶板”这一“强–弱”特殊结构的能量差异化分布及应力非对称程度,导致工作面面临频发性动力灾害的威胁。(3) 提出的高能畸变区“内–外”协同改性调控技术有效缓解了采场围岩高应力集中及能量异化态势,调控后夹持岩柱及B6顶板区域平均视电阻率分别提高了430%及300%,有效保障了急倾斜煤层安全高效开发。

在含钛铝镇静钢精炼过程中,钢液中的钛元素因钢–渣反应会向精炼渣中迁移,从而形成CaO–MgO–SiO2–Al2O3–TiO2系精炼渣,降低了钛的收得率。部分学者提出在精炼渣中添加少量TiO2来提高钛收得率。为了揭示精炼渣中的TiO2对夹杂物去除行为的影响规律,本文采用高温激光共聚焦显微镜观察了Al2O3夹杂物在含TiO2精炼渣(w(TiO2)= 0–10wt%)中的溶解行为,并利用扫描电子显微镜分析了Al2O3夹杂物与含TiO2精炼渣的界面反应行为。研究表明,Al2O3夹杂物在溶解过程中,并不会在夹杂物与实验精炼渣的边界生成新的物相,且实验精炼渣中的TiO2不会改变夹杂物的溶解机理,即边界层扩散是Al2O3夹杂物溶解的限制性环节。计算表明,在1450–1500°C时,边界层Al2O3的扩散系数在4.18 × 10−10和2.18 × 10−9 m2/s之间。当添加TiO2后,精炼渣中Al2O3的溶解度降低。尽管如此,相比Al2O3的溶解度,精炼渣的黏度和温度对Al2O3夹杂物溶解速率的影响更大,即低黏度和低熔点的精炼渣更有利于Al2O3夹杂物溶解。添加适当的TiO2(如5wt%)可以降低精炼渣的黏度和熔点,从而更有利于Al2O3夹杂物的溶解;而TiO2添加过量时(如10wt%)则作用相反。

热成形钢因其超高强度、高尺寸精度和低回弹等优点,被广泛应用在车身结构件上。然而,热成形钢在热冲压成形的转移过程中会出现表面氧化的问题,虽然通过Al–Si涂层和Zn基镀层可以减少氧化,但是存在降低弯曲断裂应变、高成本和液态金属脆化开裂等问题。本文在传统22MnB5钢的成分基础上添加Cr和Si元素,保证力学性能满足要求的前提下,实现热成形钢抗高温氧化性能的大幅提升。借助拉伸试验机研究Cr–Si合金热成形钢和22MnB5钢在热成形后的力学性能,并通过扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪对两种热成形钢的表面氧化层形貌、相组成和截面氧化层形貌进行探究。结果表明,Cr–Si合金热成形钢的组织由板条马氏体、M23C6碳化物和残余奥氏体组成。残余奥氏体和碳化物是热成形钢延伸率提高的原因。此外,在930°C氧化5 min后,Cr–Si合金热成形钢的氧化层厚度小于5 μm,远低于22MnB5的氧化层厚度(约45.50 μm)。Cr–Si合金热成形钢的氧化层由Fe2O3、Fe3O4、FeCr2O4和Fe2SiO4的混合尖晶石氧化层、无定形SiO2组成。添加Cr和Si元素可以显著减少氧化层的厚度,并防止FeO相的生成。内氧化层中FeCr2O4和Fe2SiO4尖晶石氧化层占比的提高和靠近基体的无定形SiO2的生成有利于Cr–Si合金热成形钢抗氧化性能的提升。

新一代马氏体耐热钢G115被认为是高参数先进火电机组关键高温部件制造成形的主要备选材料。然而,服役过程中焊接接头细晶热影响区极易引发高温蠕变先行失效行为,严重威胁机组的安全运行。在本研究中,设计开发了一种形变热处理工艺(正火+冷变形+回火),通过焊前形变热处理定向调控G115钢基体组织,以控制焊接过程中热影响区的组织演变行为,进一步实现其高温蠕变强度的明显提升。焊前形变热处理可以细化基体组织中M23C6相尺寸,引入高密度形变位错及界面,有效促进了焊接过程中M23C6相的回溶行为,并缓解了C、Cr元素在原始奥氏体晶界处的偏聚。在焊后热处理过程中,M23C6相在新形成奥氏体晶粒边界及内部各类界面处弥散均匀再析出,有效抑制了此类界面迁移回复行为。此外,形变位错可以为沉淀相提供形核位点,明显提高了板条内部MX相和富Cu相的析出数密度。在高温蠕变过程中,沉淀相、位错及界面三者之间的交互作用明显增强,很大程度上延缓了低硬度亚晶晶粒的形成。相比于初始态,形变热处理后,G115钢焊接接头细晶热影响区的高温蠕变断裂时间延长了将近20%。本研究的开展不仅为G115钢焊接接头服役中面临的关键问题提供了创新性解决策略,也进一步推动了其广泛工业应用。

氧化物冶金技术提高高强度低合金钢焊接性的发展现状—结合脱氧剂和微合金化元素

氧化物冶金的作用机制包括两方面,一方面利用微米夹杂物诱导晶内针状铁素(IAF)形成,另一方面焊接过程中通过纳米析出钉扎原奥氏体晶粒(PAG)限制晶粒长大。结晶取向混乱的 IAF 和细化的PAG可抑制钢中裂纹的产生和扩展,从而提高冲击韧性。本文从氧化冶金的概念出发,总结在大线能量焊接过程脱氧元素和合金元素综合作用效果,希望对改善热影响区(HAZ)冲击韧性的相关研究和实践有所启发。Ti结合其他强脱氧剂(如 Mg、Ca、Zr 和稀土金属 (REM))的复合脱氧能够通过细化PAG和提高IAF组织含量提高HAZ冲击韧性。然而,复合脱氧方式形成的有效夹杂物通常是多相的,很难确定诱导IAF形成的特定相。合金元素(如 C、Si、Al、Nb 或 Cr)含量的增加会降低HAZ韧性。C含量增加通常会增加粗碳化物的数量,降低IAF的形核效力。Si、Cr或Al的添加会导致不利于HAZ韧性的组织的形成。Nb则会降低析出物的高温稳定性。Mo、V 和 B 可提高 HAZ 韧性。含Mo的沉淀物具有良好的热稳定性。VN和V(C,N)晶体与铁素体具有良好的相干,可有效促进IAF形核。夹杂物周围贫B区的形成也能够促进IAF的形成。合金元素之间的相互作用非常复杂,添加不同合金元素的效果仍有待评估。未来,各种合金元素之间的相互作用及其对氧化物冶金的影响,以及利用第一性原理计算有效夹杂物的成核效应将成为氧化物冶金的重点。
